For International Dance Day on April 25th I invite you to skate, dance or just move with this choreography. There are elements that repeat and elements that don't, allowing folks with different skill levels to join in. Most importantly, I want you to feel confident to take up space and feel good through movement.

A sunny skate around Leeds city centre with some suggestions to work up to skating outdoors. I am often asked about outdoor roller skating - I've been skating around the city for over a decade now and love it. BUT I'm unwilling to take unnecessary risks. To some, not wearing safety pads may seem like an unnecessary risk, please understand that we all assume a level of risk, based on what we are confident with. I know the route and surfaces extremely well, and am concentrating!
