Yes, we know you don't really want to acknowledge how close we really are to the end of the year, but the fact is, you need to plan ahead if you are expecting certain items to be available in December!

We strongly recommend you place your pre-order before the end of October for:

Derby Laces - tell us the size and colour of laces you'd like and we will add you to our order list!
If it is a size/colour we do not routinely stock, we will send you a payment link.
Children's Skates
Rookie, who supply our Children's Adjustable skates plan to re-stock these at the end of October / Early November. These are always popular around the festive season, so don't leave it until the last minute!

UK 1st class - 20th December 2023
International - 11th December 2023

Why do we pre-order?
We do keep a fairly good stock of products in the shop, however there are simply too many size and colour variations between brands for us to keep everything in store. If you are unsure when the next order date is, just drop us a WhatsApp message +44 7479 430404 . We will answer the phone if we are available, but prioritise customers in store. We are not able to check voicemail messages, so please ring back or text.
We have lots of items available at shorter notice, including our cosy hoodies, crew sweaters and beanies, as well as gift packages for your significant other if you don't know much about roller skating!
Enjoy peace of mind with extended returns over the festive season
From Friday 20th October, we are extending our returns policy, so anything purchased as a gift has until Monday 8th January 2024 to inform us that there is an issue and Monday 15th January 2024 to reach us for a full refund, providing the item is in brand-new, unused, unopened condition. For this reason, we strongly recommend roller skates are NOT purchased as a surprise, unless you are certain of the size! It is much better to organise a fitting for the skater so they are sure the size and style are correct.

We are very proud of our small business and strive to offer the best service and quality the industry has to offer in the selection of skates we keep in store. Black Friday offers cause harm to small businesses, who simply cannot bulk purchase in the huge quantities large companies can.
We want our customers to have a fantastic skate experience by using the best equipment available. The wealth of knowledge that we have accumulated over the years about products and how they perform has saved many of our customers from making expensive mistakes. We absolutely recognise that significant sales offers can support accessibility for folks who may not be able to buy at other times of the year, so this is not intended to belittle or shame anyone. We simply know that we are not able to compete on price alone. Thank you for understanding.
