Spinning. A skill that will get your head in a spin as well as your feet!
Here is the biggest breakdown I've ever done, combining all the experience I've had of learning and teaching spins.
This is the first spin most people learn on roller skates - a Heel Toe Spin.
The video is comprised of a number of different elements, each of which you can practise individually, before putting it all together.
Element 1: Heel toe manual
Element 2: Body position
Element 3: Heel to heel; toe to toe drill

As always, I implore you to be patient and kind to your self. This skill is about control over your roll, rather than a big fling and hope-for-the-best approach. I'd love you to be a skater who is consistent and confident.
