Service Description
Tell us a little bit about what you are looking for from your roller skates, budget, and any preferences about material (suede, leather, vegan), heel height and brand. We will pull together as many roller skates as we can in the shop to help you find your dream skates. We want to make sure we have the right member of our team available to support you, so appointments will be confirmed by our team. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive confirmation and do not travel without this. Should you require a same day appointment, please call us on 07479 430404 to check our availability. We will deduct the £20 fitting appointment fee from any roller skates you buy from us. Voucher valid for 1 month. Terms and Conditions: We will support you as best as we can to help you find your dream roller skates. We are often in the shop on our own. We may need to check out other customers while you try on roller skates, however, we will not fit another customer for skates during your skate fitting. You do not have to order or purchase roller skates the same day as your fitting, and you will receive a voucher for £20 off a roller skate purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Skaters under 18 must be accompanied by a parent / guardian. All skaters must complete or hold a valid waiver. All identities and genders are welcome. We welcome inline skaters. Skateboards, scooters and heelys are not allowed. You authorise Roller Girl Gang to take photographs and video of the session to share on their website and social media. Please speak to a member of the RGG team at the session if you do not wish your image to be included. Published event times reflect venue availability time - you may be asked to remove your skates up to 15 minutes before the published end time in order for us to clear the venue on time. By booking you accept our Respect policy as well as our liability waiver Waiver of Liability - You agree that you undertake all roller skating at your own risk. If you are booking on behalf of other people, you assume this risk on their behalf. You agree not to hold Roller Girl Gang, its staff or volunteers liable for any accident or injury that may occur. Roller Girl Gang are able to offer to reschedule or refund your class when you provide 24 hours or more notice by email only to: skate@rollergirlgang.co.uk Should Roller Girl Gang cancel the event, you will be refunded in full. We are only able to refund the value of the ticket you paid. Any extra costs incurred will not be refunded. Our cancellation and refund policy is in line with standard event and ticket policies as outlined by Citizens Advice. Wellness Policy - By booking a ticket, we will assume you are well and there are no reasons you should not be roller skating. It is impossible to provide an exhaustive list of conditions which would prevent you from skating. If you are in any doubt regarding your fitness to skate, please consult a medical professional before booking a ticket. If you feel you have a reason, medical or otherwise that your skating ability may be impaired, you must inform a member of the RGG team at the start of the session If after talking with a member of the team you decide not to skate, no refund will be given unless the required 24 hr notice period has been met.
