Service Description
The Skate Sanctuary is the perfect place for your Roller Skate Party! Whether you're celebrating a birthday, reunion, upcoming wedding, life milestone or just want to have some fun with friends, our party package includes party invitations and includes up to 15 guests. Additional guests are just £10 each, with a maximum of 18 skaters. With a maximum of 40 guests on-site, our Skate Sanctuary party is perfect for a fun and active celebration. All non-skating adults and babies are included in the 40 guest maximum. We even provide the hire equipment, including skate sizes from Jnr 8 to UK 12, with up to size UK 15 and a limited number of toddler skates available with notice. ROLLO'S DISCO SKATE PARTY Suggested age - primary *Children’s buffet (Friday eve, Saturday & Sunday only ) Party buffet included: plain cheese sandwiches, plain ham sandwiches, sausage rolls, cheese and onion rolls, crisps, vegetable sticks, houmous. *Unlimited water or cordial for party guests. *Private event space for 2 hours *Off peak party time - Monday - Thursday *Peak party time - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10 minutes kit on time, 60 minutes skate time, including safety briefing, party games, 10 minutes kit off and 30 minutes party food time. Pre-booked party bags available (additional £3.75 per child), include hand fan, fun sticker pack, skate tattoo transfers and sweets bag. Birthday cake to be provided by host. DISCO SKATE PARTY Suitable for all ages Free gift for every skater. *2 hours activity time. (1 hour 45 minutes kit on + skate time. 15 minutes kit off time at the end of the session.) *Unlimited water or cordial for party guests. *Party games or mini workshop included (please confirm at time of booking). Highlighted Terms and Conditions of Party Bookings: *Waiver for all participants to be completed on arrival, under 18’s must have a responsible adult present to sign. *All skaters must be present for a safety briefing *£50 non refundable deposit, payable on day of booking. *Full payment and confirmation of skater numbers and party bags required 7 calendar days prior to party. *Should your party guests be late, we are unable to extend the time of your party beyond your original booking. Cancellation Policy
A deposit of £50 must be paid at the time of booking. Parties must be paid in full with confirmed skater numbers at least 7 days in advance of party date. If required, please state whether you require party bags (£3.75 each) at time of booking. Last minute party bags may be available if you have not stated that you required them at the time of booking, however if you wish to add party bags to your booking, please contact us immediately to give us a greater chance of being able to fulfil your request Maximum 15 skaters per party. Additional guests +£10 per person, absolute maximum is 18. Total people in the space is 40, including non-skaters and any babies. We are happy to reschedule your party date with at least 14 days notice prior to party. We will reschedule once only.
